To request an exchange, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting us on WhatsApp. Customers are required to send the product back to our address at their own expense.

Please note that books must be in resalable condition (unused and undamaged) to be eligible for exchange.

Defective Books:

Defective books (books with missing or misprinted pages) can be exchanged at any time. The 7-day exchange limit does not apply to defective books.

Exam Papers Policy:

Solved or unsolved exam papers cannot be returned or exchanged within 15 days before the respective examination.

Syllabus Change Policy:

If the Government or Examination Board makes a sudden change to the syllabus or course, books related to that course will not be exchanged or refunded.
